When one of the largest medical software and medical suppliers in LA approached us to handle their re-branding, we were a little intimidated. First, we thought it meant new software different from the one which we use for all other operations. But after meeting the team, we realized why they had chosen us to go with the House DR electronic super-bill system over the usual big four. As their distributor continues to grow, their branding needed to reflect this large part of their business. More importantly, what it meant to the survival of our previous business practices. We took on the challenge head on. We are delighted with the results! Especially since that the delayed revenue rate increased. There are very noticeable increase in revenues from less billing/coding errors & omissions. We used our own CPT, HCPCS and ICD data base. So the physicians were delighted, since there were less required learning curves with all the healthcare changes.

We began working and networking with the corporations and their LA team. We started the program and creating the hype for the ways we can demonstrate evidenced based growth for 2014. Also, we felt the piece-of-mind from the freedom from no longer being locked into any one's software, including the last ones which we are currently using. Since, now we can now effectively adapt to changes. The software companies are offering us this House DR customization. Like adding apps on our phones. We now are enabled to build our own adaptable software performance, which we want, and for which we know we will need. It works for changes, even those yet unknown to us. The end result was to proven ease of operation.
